Chom Thong, 100 km southwest

• Joining a day tour is the simplest option (pickup 07:00, return 19:00).
• Self-drive: 2 hours each way on Route 108, fuel up in Chom Thong.

• Bring a warm layer even in hot season.
• Start at the summit and work downhill to beat the crowds.

• Mobile signal is patchy above the visitor centre.
• Ang Ka boardwalk is wheelchair accessible; waterfalls are not.
